The announcement reflects an increase in the monthly distribution for all eleven funds. The record date for the distributions is February 19, 2010, and the payable date is February 26, 2010. The ex-date is February 17, 2010. The distribution per share, closing market price on January 28, 2010 (or last trade price), and annualized market yield for each Fund is as follows:
