EBET, Inc. Announces Closing of Private Placement at $3.58 per Unit of Common Stock and One Warrant to Purchase Common Stock at $5 per Share

LAS VEGAS, June 17, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- EBET, Inc. (NASDAQ: EBET) ("EBET" or the "Company"), a leading global provider of advanced wagering products and technology, announced today that it has closed its previously announced private placement of 977,657 shares of common stock and warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 977,657 shares of common stock, at a purchase price of $3.58 per share of common stock and associated warrant, for gross proceeds to EBET of approximately $3.5 million. The gross proceeds exclude fees and other offering expenses payable by the Company. The warrants have an exercise price of $5.00 per share of common stock and will be exercisable six months from the closing of the offering for a period of five years from the closing date.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the private placement for general corporate purposes.
