ECC Named Top Workplace in the Bay Area by the San Jose Mercury News

ECC ranked 26th in the small companies category with 76 employees in its Bay Area-based corporate headquarters. The award recognizes organizations where employees feel they have a voice, are treated with respect, and recognized for their contributions. To be eligible for the award, employees voluntarily completed a 24-question survey, commenting on questions based on six main topics, including direction, execution, career, conditions, managers, and pay and benefits.

"'A Great Place to Work' is one of three vision statements that guide our organization," commented Paul Sabharwal, ECC Chairman of the Board. "This recognition is especially significant because it was decided upon based on direct feedback from our family of employee owners."
