ECDC's Vir2o to Launch its JoinMe™ Social Network in the UK, Brazil and Nigeria

ATLANTA, May 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- East Coast Diversified Corporation (OTCQB: ECDC), a holding corporation with a diversified group of technology companies, announced today that its social media operation and proprietary JoinMe™ technology is expected to be made available to users in Brazil, Nigeria and the UK when it opens the platform to users in all three on July 1st, 2013.

JoinMe allows users on the Company's Vir2o Live Community platform to engage interactively, whether shopping, watching movies or sharing photos, bringing two or more people together in a meaningful way. Users can provide or limit access to different categories of content or folders via Vir2o's enhanced privacy tools. Friends invited to connect with one another are not just there as viewers or observers, but can also functionally maneuver through a friend's site content simultaneously when access has been provided.
