Echo "Shares The Warmth" In Partnership With Bloomingdale's And Together We Rise

NEW YORK, Nov. 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Echo is partnering with Bloomingdale's and Together We Rise, a non-profit, transforming the way youth navigate the foster care system, for their fourth annual Share the Warmth Campaign. For each cold weather hat, scarf, pair of gloves, or outerwear piece purchased at echodesign.com now through December 24th, Echo will donate a comparable item to the organization. Together We Rise will then distribute products to their large network of foster homes across the country, and ultimately to young women transitioning out of foster care.
A family-owned and operated business for over four generations, Echo is dedicated to sharing the sense of family with those in need. Over the past four years, Echo has donated thousands of cold weather items to young women in need.
In an effort to increase awareness and widen the reach of this year's campaign, Echo has partnered with Bloomingdale's to host 'Share the Warmth' customer shopping events at three different locations on Saturday, December 10th from 1:00 – 4:00pm. Locations include New York City (59th Street), Chicago (North Michigan Avenue) and New Jersey (Shops at Riverside). For every Echo item purchased at the event, Echo will match the number of products sold and donate additional cold weather items to Together We Rise.

Together We Rise is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization comprised of motivated young adults and former foster youth. Our vision is to improve the lives of foster children in America, who often find themselves forgotten and neglected by the public. We collaborate with community partners to bring resources to foster youth and use service-learning activities to educate volunteers on issues surrounding the foster care system.
TWR works with hundreds of foster agencies, social workers, CASA advocates, and other partners to bring our programs to foster youth across the nation.
