The EchoSign electronic signature solution automates the signature process from the request for signature to the distribution and filing of the executed agreement or form. With EchoSign, the sales person emails the sales document to a recipient, who can sign on-screen or on hard copy, then return electronically or by fax. EchoSign then routes the document via a pre-specified workflow back to the user, and to any other relevant people – in financial or HR departments, for example – while also maintaining a private copy for later reference.
