Eco Roofing Solutions Becomes Second Arizona Roofer to Partner With One Percent Holdings

Eric Perry, a third-generation Arizona roofer and past president of the Arizona Roofing Contractors Association, will continue to lead the Gilbert company.

PHOENIX, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Eco Roofing Solutions, a family-owned Arizona roofing contractor in Gilbert, completed its partnership with One Percent Holdings on September 30, 2026. It is the second Arizona roofer to join One Percent Holdings, after Real Roofing of Chandler partnered with the company on July 1, 2026. Eric and Cierra Perry will continue to run Eco Roofing, which keeps its name and its employees.

Perry was already working at his father's commercial roofing company in Phoenix as a boy in the early 1990s. He started as a laborer, became an installer, and spent more than ten years putting roofs on buildings before moving into sales, where he covered accounts across Arizona for about five years. He then ran the operations division of a Valley restoration company for close to five years. After that he co-founded a roofing company with the owner of Arizona's largest solar company, and later opened Eco Roofing Solutions on his own. In all, he has spent more than 25 years in roofing.

"For me, roofing is personal, and so is doing the right thing," Perry said.

Eco Roofing works on homes and commercial buildings across the Phoenix area, from Glendale and Peoria in the West Valley to Mesa and Fountain Hills in the east. Its residential work covers tile, shingle, and foam roofs. On commercial buildings it installs flat, foam, and rolled roofing. The company also repairs and maintains roofs, and it is licensed for roofing by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. As of October 2026, its customers had given it a 4.8 average across more than 380 Google reviews. Arizona gained about 67,400 residents in the year ending July 1, 2025, the seventh-largest increase of any state, according to U.S. Census Bureau estimates.

Perry has been active for years in the Arizona Roofing Contractors Association, the state's trade group for roofing companies. He sat on its board as secretary and treasurer in 2020 and 2021 and went on to serve as president. He is currently the association's immediate past president and co-chairs its sponsorship committee. In 2022 the association named Eco Roofing its Roofing Contractor of the Year.

Cierra Perry is vice president and oversees accounts payable and internal operations. The rest of the team includes production manager Brad Bagnall, field superintendent Jake Reynoso, office manager Aimee Veros, marketing director Tearah Rice, and scheduling coordinator Kassie Bellavia, along with roofing specialists who meet with homeowners for inspections and estimates.

Under the partnership, One Percent Holdings will handle Eco Roofing's accounting, payroll, financial reporting, and supplier pricing. Eric and Cierra will keep running the jobs and the hiring. Eco's employees will also be able to use the training programs One Percent Holdings is setting up for its partner companies.
