Ed Asner to Receive Lifetime Achievement Award at Sunscreen Film Festival in LA

West Coast version of 9 Year old Sunscreen Film Festival, to be held October 11-13th.

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The South Bay area of Los Angeles is hosting the West Coast edition of the Florida based Sunscreen Film Festival.  Ed Asner will be receiving a Lifetime Achievement Award on Saturday October 12th, 8PM at the Arclight Theater located at 831 South Nash Street, El Segundo, CA.  Mr. Asner stars in the film Good Men screening at the festival.

"Mr. Asner has played a number of great characters in his long and storied career. He's highly respected and we wanted to take this opportunity to thank him and honor him at this first West Coast version of Sunscreen," commented Festival Director Tony Armer.
