What happened?
On or around December 20, 2024, Cornwell detected unusual activity on its network and promptly took steps to secure its systems. A investigation subsequently determined that, on December 12, 2024, an unauthorized third party gained access to the network and obtained certain data.
The leaked data potentially includes personal information such as names, Social Security numbers, and financial account information. The breach is estimated to have affected up to 103,782 individuals.
