The program enables adults across the U.S. to explore prescription-based options such as oral minoxidil and finasteride following a virtual consultation with a licensed provider.

If a prescription is issued, it is filled by a state-licensed compounding pharmacy and shipped directly to the member's door. Other oral therapies (such as minoxidil and finasteride or spironolactone) are expected to become available later this year through Eden's provider and pharmacy network.

Eden's program is designed to offer individuals convenient access to medical evaluations and pharmacy-prepared treatments under the supervision of licensed professionals. The process requires telehealth visits and includes follow-up support to help patients stay informed and aligned with their provider's care plan.

Oral minoxidil is a vasodilator that has been studied for off-label use in addressing certain hair-related concerns. Oral finasteride is FDA-approved for male pattern hair loss and may also be prescribed off-label in other contexts, based on a provider's clinical judgment. Compounded medications are customized for individual patients by licensed pharmacies and are not FDA-approved. They are prepared in accordance with provider orders to meet unique medical needs.
