RESTAURANTS

Brine

The latest restaurant concept from Travis Croxton, owner of Rappahannock Oysters, and noted D.C. chef John Critchley, Brine will be a destination for seafood lovers. Four generations of oyster expertise and a passion for farm-to-table living combine to bring Rappahannock Oyster Company's newest restaurant concept to Mosaic. Along with the famous Rappahannock Oyster Bar in Union Market, Rock Salt in Charlottesville and Charlotte, and Eat the Rich in Shaw, Croxton is committed to using only regional meats and produce. https://www.rroysters.com/
