Edward Jones Managing Partner Jim Weddle Named a Glassdoor Highest Rated CEO in 2015
ST. LOUIS, June 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Edward Jones Managing Partner Jim Weddle has been awarded Glassdoor's Highest Rated CEO recognition for 2015. Glassdoor, a careers website, released its annual report highlighting the highest-rated CEOs throughout North America and parts of Europe.
Among CEOs recognized at large U.S. companies, Weddle received an impressive 93% approval rating based on the anonymous and voluntary reviews Edward Jones associates shared on Glassdoor throughout the past year. That rating earned Weddle the No.15 spot on the list of 50 CEOs.

Employees are asked to rate a number of workplace factors such as compensation and benefits, as well as work-life balance, and asked whether they approve or disapprove of the way their CEO is leading the company. In addition, employees are asked to describe some of the upsides and downsides of working for the company and provide any advice for senior management.
