Edward M. Kennedy Institute Welcomes Vice President of Development
Maureen Grieco joins team from MIT's Philanthropic Partnerships office.
BOSTON, April 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the United States Senate (the EMK Institute) is proud to announce Maureen O. Grieco as Vice President of Development. As a member of the Institute's senior management team she will design and implement the organization's Fundraising Strategic Plan.
Grieco has 10 years in managing major gift fundraising for large organizations. Most recently, Grieco was a Philanthropic Advisor for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Office of Philanthropic Partnerships, where she managed a portfolio of MIT's most generous donors and worked with senior leadership to provide strategies and assistance in developing relationships with prospects and thought leaders.
Prior to joining MIT, Grieco was a Major Gifts Officer for Yale School of Medicine in the Office of Development and Alumni Relations. Grieco started her career in political fundraising in Connecticut and also worked on campaigns around the country.
