Egon Zehnder Announces Leadership Changes For New York Office

NEW YORK, March 25, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Egon Zehnder, the world's leading privately-held executive search and talent management consulting firm, today announced key leadership transitions for its New York office. Patrick O'Brien will assume leadership of the New York Office, taking over from Alan Hilliker, while Francisco Paret takes over for Mr. O'Brien to lead the firm's Financial Services Practice in the Americas.

Patrick O'Brien joined Egon Zehnder as a core member of the firm's Financial Services Practice in 2010. Mr. O'Brien is a veteran leader and experienced professional in the financial services industry, having joined Egon Zehnder following a 15-year career in financial services at General Electric and Allstate, where he held senior roles in underwriting, operations, and general management. Alan Hilliker will focus on board consulting and CEO recruitments across industry sectors and will be based in New York. He will also actively support growing the office Washington D.C.

As Mr. O'Brien moves into his new role, Francisco Paret will assume the role of Financial Services Practice Leader for the Americas. Based in New York, Mr. Paret works closely with clients in the wholesale banking, capital markets, private equity and alternative investments sectors. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Mr. Paret was in investment banking for over 10 years, advising companies, private equity funds and senior government officials in the US and Latin America. He will continue to be based in New York and part of the team dedicated to serving New York's vibrant financial services market.
