Priced in line with premium traditional stethoscopes, CORE 300 brings Eko's award-winning digital technology to a much broader group of healthcare professionals.

CORE 300 delivers enhanced listening and clinical information in the moments that matter most, whether in a crowded emergency department, a loud pediatric clinic, or a rural skilled nursing facility hours from specialty care. With a twist of the chestpiece, clinicians can move instantly between familiar traditional listening and Eko's advanced digital listening technology, with up to 35x amplification, active noise cancellation, and real-time heart rate displayed directly on the device. When connected to the Eko App and Eko's FDA-cleared AI for structural murmur detection, CORE 300 can also bring AI disease detection into the physical exam.

Heart and lung disease continue to represent an enormous public health burden. Heart disease remained the leading cause of death in the U.S. in 2025, responsible for more than 694,000 deaths, while chronic lower respiratory diseases caused more than 148,000 deaths (CDC).
