Ektron Asia Pacific Region Success Continues in First Half of 2013

The Australian Taxation Office key www.ato.gov.au website has undergone a major revamp and launch on the Ektron CMS platform in June.  Ektron's commitments to the ATO are wide-ranging with previous smaller sites having already gone live under the existing contract and many more planned for 2013 and beyond.

June also saw the launch of Bank of Queensland's new design at www.boq.com.au. BoQ have committed to providing a customer-focused experience with the newly re-branded website. 

Ektron customer RAMS Home Loans http://www.ektron.com/Case-Studies/RAMS-Home-Loans/ has gained substantial increases in online conversions since the launch of their new mobile site this year.

Ektron worked with Colonial First State Global Asset Management on their new website http://www.firststateinvestments.com, encompassing a rebrand and an upgrade to a later version of the Ektron CMS.

Moreton Bay City Council, one of Queensland's largest councils, is using Ektron's responsive design capabilities across the three sites of www.moretonbay.qld.gov.au, www.urbancountry.com.au, and www.qsec.com.au. New Additions to the Ektron APAC Customer Community Include Mirvac and REIWA

After assessing a number of web content management solutions, leading integrated real estate group Mirvac has contracted with Ektron for provision of a new web software platform to improve customer engagement and service provision. Mirvac will be working with the Sydney Asia Pacific head office team of Ektron and one of Ektron's key agency partners, Holler, to deliver the solution over the coming months.

With the imminent anticipated growth in the real estate market in Australia, Mirvac are moving quickly to improve information relevance, enhance user interaction on their website, and enable greater ability to address specific visitors' needs. The manner in which this is to be achieved will involve advanced search, persona management, and content targeting, all integrated with leading marketing automation tools. Ektron's latest version 9 of its CMS software these core features, and together with Ektron's marketing optimisation module will allow seamless integration to best of breed marketing automation and campaign management tools.  

Internally, Mirvac's business users will be able to easily and quickly update content, launch new campaign and project sites, and generally have greater agility in meeting the needs of their website visitors and changing market dynamics. The Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA) has selected Ektron to provide the Content Management System (CMS) and implementation services for their website redevelopment. The new website will be for both the public and REIWA's members with a view to providing timely, accurate, and reliable data by which users will be able to find what they need in an intuitive and engaging manner.
