Miles, a seasoned leader with over a decade at Elevate, has been instrumental in shaping the company's product strategy and expanding its portfolio to better serve under-resourced consumers. In her new role as COO, Miles will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless alignment of operational strategies across the organization while continuing to drive product innovation and strengthen bank partnerships that enhance service offerings.

Marketing Leader Joins as CMO
Bailey brings over two decades of expertise in marketing strategy, digital transformation, and brand development to Elevate. As CMO, Bailey will lead Elevate's marketing and branding efforts, focusing on enhancing customer engagement and expanding digital acquisition channels.
