Webinar Speakers:

Jennifer Moss Lewis is responsible for leading critical initiatives in support of optimizing PacificSource Medicare product's overall competitive position, specifically through business development, member experience, quality scores, aligned provider relationships, and program financial performance. She directs Medicare product development and senior product sales, as well as marketing, communication, brand management and member engagement for both Medicare and Medicaid programs.

Elizabeth Bainter, RN and BSN, is responsible for key PacificSource quality improvement programs, including CMS Stars, NCQA Accreditation, Medicare Risk Adjustment HEDIS and CAHPS.  She is an essential leader in the development of member and provider engagement strategies to support quality improvement goals. Elizabeth is passionate about quality, and is dedicated to ensuring that PacificSource members receive quality care.

Marc Jeffreys is responsible for Eliza's strategy and planning for Medicare, Medicaid, and Individual plan clients - particularly in the context of health care reform's shift toward consumerism.  He has deep experience in the health insurance market, including his prior role as Director and Head of Marketing Strategy in the Direct Marketing & Analytics division of Aetna. In that role, Marc was responsible for marketing strategy and planning for Aetna's individual Medicare, individual voluntary and group retiree business lines.
