Elizabeth Bainter, RN and BSN, is responsible for key PacificSource quality improvement programs, including CMS Stars, NCQA Accreditation, Medicare Risk Adjustment HEDIS and CAHPS. She is an essential leader in the development of member and provider engagement strategies to support quality improvement goals.
