OLD GREENWICH, Conn., Dec. 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Ellington Residential Mortgage REIT (NYSE: EARN) (the "Company") today announced that its Board of Trustees has declared a dividend for the fourth quarter of 2015 of $0.45 per share, payable on January 25, 2016, to common shareholders of record as of December 31, 2015.
