Funding for Elmantic signals new era for renewable energy development focusing on quality site selection, competitive pricing, and speed to market

AUSTIN, Texas and RICHMOND, Va., Sept. 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Elmya Energy and Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure Ltd today announced the formation of Elmantic, a new joint venture to develop 4 GW of utility-scale renewable energy projects in the United States. The Elmya Energy USA team, together with the Atlantica North America team, will spearhead all development activities for the new Joint Venture.

Elmantic draws upon the deep, global project development expertise of Elmya and Atlantica's operational excellence and infrastructure investment capabilities.
