Emailvision Strengthens its Board With the Appointment of Two new Board Members

André Boisvert and Michael T. Everett join the Board of Directors

Emailvision Holdings, Ltd., a leading international software as a service (SaaS) company specializing in email, mobile and social marketing, today announced the appointment of Andre Boisvert and Michael T. Everett to its Board of Directors.

Andre Boisvert has been in the technology field for over 30 years with significant expertise in Business Intelligence and Customer Analytics. Mr. Boisvert started his career with IBM in 1976 and over the next 13 years held senior management positions in sales, marketing and research & development. After leaving IBM, Mr. Boisvert took leadership positions in some of the world's most respected software companies including Cognos, Oracle, and SAS Institute Inc. At Oracle, he was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing and a member of Oracle's Management committee.  In 2000, Mr. Boisvert was named the President and Chief Operating Officer at SAS Institute Inc., the world's largest privately held software company. Today Mr. Boisvert is Chairman of the Board at Palamida Corporation, Vice- Chairman of River Logic Inc., Director of Clario Analytics Inc. and Webtrends Corporation.

Michael T. Everett has more than 30 years of leadership experience in financial and general management roles with technology companies that range from pre-revenue start-ups to Fortune 500s. Mr. Everett has worked extensively in both Europe and Asia. At Raychem, he served in several senior leadership positions including Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel and General Manager of Asia. Since 1997, Mr. Everett has served as the Chief Financial Officer at private and public companies that include Netro Corporation, VMware, Inc., Bivio Networks, and WebEx Communications. Most recently Mr. Everett was the Vice President of Finance at Cisco Systems, Inc.  In 2007, Mr. Everett was named CFO of the Year by the San Francisco Business Times. He currently serves on the Board of Advisors at Zuora Inc. and as a Director at Calix Inc.
