Embraco launches 2 in 1 solution for high efficiency commercial refrigeration

SUWANEE, Ga., July 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Embraco, world leader in the market for hermetic refrigeration compressors, has launched the FFU160HAX - 2 in 1 solution from its line of compressors for light commercial refrigeration. The FFU160HAX can be used by manufacturers of commercial refrigerators in bottle coolers (600L to 1000L), as well as for horizontal freezers (400L to 800L) for solid or glass door. The new compressor application covers evaporation temperatures ranging between -35ºC and 0ºC.

This product launch underscores Embraco's commitment to provide high-efficiency, versatile market solutions offering savings throughout the refrigerators supply chain.

Manufacturers can use the same model for applications with different characteristics and also get maximum performance and reliability. This versatility simplifies logistical processes, inventory management and demand forecasting, since refrigerator manufacturers can manage demand for different types of refrigerator, such as freezers, horizontal storage units and displays of food and beverages, using just one compressor model.
