Emergn Adds Depth to Its Leadership Team

Emergn, a global professional services firm, today announced the addition of Lawrence Rupp to their leadership team. Lawrence joins Emergn as Executive Vice-President and Global Head of Sales.

In this new role, Lawrence will be responsible for leading business development, growth initiatives and customer experience for Emergn. His role includes helping influence and shape marketing and strategic alliances.  With over 20 years of execution leadership experience, Lawrence has deep expertise working strategically with a range of worldwide clients; his passion for customers permeates through everything he stands for and his actions will help Emergn continue a strong growth path in serving Fortune and Global 2000 clients.

Lawrence joins Emergn from a successful career with leading companies including the Services Business Unit for IGATE (now CapGemini) where his strengths defined a growth platform for the company.  He was instrumental in encouraging a culture of trust, integrity, and customer first mentality that both his clients and team took notice of.  He was responsible for marketing, sales, delivery, architecture, and ideation that led to several new landmark customers during his tenure.

Previously Lawrence has held leadership roles at Accenture, VMware, EMC, and CA where his focus on clients has been integral to his customers' success over the past two decades. Larry holds two Engineering degrees - Aerospace and Mechanical.
