The prestigious award was presented by NJCM Business Council Director and Somerdale, New Jersey Mayor, Gary Passanante, at the Annual Legislative Reception with a multitude of elected officials in attendance.  The "Business Leader of the Year" award recognizes EMEX not only for its overall contribution to the financial savings of New Jersey municipalities, but also for being a trusted partner to the mayors across the state.
