Empower Energies Adds Industry Veterans Dan Bove and Mike Wright

TROY, Mich., July 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Empower Energies, a leading Renewable Portfolio Solutions company, announced the hiring of Dan Bove, Vice President of Operations and Performance Management, and Mike Wright, Vice President, Marketing. Each of these renewable energy executives has extensive experience managing successful high-growth renewable energy companies.

Bove has served in executive positions at flagship renewable energy companies that serve a global customer base. These organizations include BP Solar International, SunEdison, and most recently, UR Solar Power, where he managed national solar installations sold through The Home Depot. Earlier in his career, Bove held senior positions consulting for ORACLE ERP Systems and in operations management for Draeger Safety, a global equipment manufacturer.

His career extends beyond renewable energy companies. Wright led a Midwest advertising agency for 10 years, where he served an array of customers in banking, healthcare, manufacturing, education, and building products, as well as gas and electric utilities. Since then he has served as the chief marketing executive for four global companies and has led marketing groups and distribution channels in 23 countries.
