Endeavour Announces $250 Million Offering of Senior Notes

HOUSTON, June 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Endeavour International Corporation (NYSE: END) (LSE: ENDV) today announced that it intends to offer, subject to market and other conditions, up to $250 million aggregate principal amount of its senior notes due 2016 in a private placement to eligible purchasers.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay all amounts outstanding under its 15% Senior Term Loan due 2013, to redeem or repurchase its 12% Subordinated Notes due 2014 and for general corporate purposes.
