Endeavour Prices Public Offering of Common Stock

HOUSTON, June 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Endeavour International Corporation (NYSE: END) (LSE: ENDV) today announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 7.5 million shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $7.50 per share. The net proceeds to Endeavour from this offering are expected to be approximately $53 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other estimated expenses. Endeavour has granted the underwriter a 30-day option, solely to cover over-allotments, if any, to purchase up to 1.125 million shares of its common stock, which would result in approximately $8 million additional net proceeds if exercised in full. The offering is expected to close on or about June 18, 2012, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

Endeavour intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund its current development operations. Any remaining net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
