Energy Industry Veteran Darren Brady Joins Five Point Partners

ATLANTA, July 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Five Point Partners, LLC, a utility consulting and advisory firm is pleased to announce that Darren Brady has joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer.  In this role, Mr. Brady will be actively involved in the overall management and operations of the Company, with a focus on corporate strategy, business development and the continued expansion of the Company's service offerings.  Mr. Brady has worked in the energy and utility industry for almost 20 years, holding executive level positions at companies viewed as leaders in their field such as EnerNOC, Puget Sound Energy, and Orcom Solutions.

Prior to joining Five Point Partners, Mr. Brady was SVP and COO for EnerNOC, Inc. (ENOC:NASDAQ), a  leading demand response and energy management company serving both the utility and commercial and industrial marketplace.  Mr. Brady was instrumental in the development and execution of EnerNOC's industry leading demand response business, as well as the development of its data driven energy management offerings.  Prior to EnerNOC, Mr. Brady was the SVP and CIO for Puget Sound Energy, an electric and gas utility in Washington State.  At PSE, Mr. Brady was an innovator around customer service solutions that enabled customers to interact and transact with the utility in multiple ways.  As CIO, Mr. Brady was able to drive improvements in system and application management, along with introducing more sophisticated and integrated applications and tools to enable PSE to be one of the lower cost yet higher customer service rated utilities in the U.S.  Prior to PSE, Mr. Brady was the EVP of Operations and CFO for Orcom Solutions, a provider of customer care and billing solutions for the utility industry.  During his tenure, Mr. Brady was responsible for the management of Orcom's industry leading managed services offering to utilities including application hosting and maintenance services as well as call center and billing services.  Mr. Brady has also previously held finance and business development positions in the utility and financial services industry.  He received his associated bachelor's degree from Brown University and an M.B.A. from the Anderson School at UCLA
