Energy Lawyer Anna Nerush Brings Global Practice to Haynes and Boone

LONDON, Nov. 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Anna Nerush, a corporate lawyer with significant experience advising clients in the oil and gas and renewables sectors, has joined Haynes and Boone, LLP as a partner in the firm's London office.

Ms. Nerush counsels oil and gas clients, including independents, majors and private equity funds on a wide range of onshore and offshore corporate matters, including M&A, country entry and related negotiations of subsoil use contracts with host governments, and joint venture structuring and operational matters, including JOAs, FDPs, GSAs, farm-ins/farm-outs, crude/gas marketing and offtake agreements and related issues.

Ms. Nerush also possesses deep experience in the renewables sector, in particular with respect to M&A and the development and operation of solar, wind and biomass projects.

A fluent Russian speaker, Ms. Nerush previously served as a partner at Addleshaw Godddard LLP in London, where she was the co-head of the firm's Central Asia Business Group. She also serves on the Europe Regional Committee of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators.
