NEW YORK, Sept. 15, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Food Network & Cooking Channel New York City Wine & Food Festival (NYCWFF) will once again set out  to help EAT. DRINK. END HUNGER. October 13 – 16, 2016.  To date, the Festival has raised more than $9.5 million to support the fight to end hunger with No Kid Hungry^® and Food Bank For New York City.  While NYCWFF is widely recognized for its large-scale, signature tasting events, the Festival also offers a variety of hands-on classes and more intimate culinary experiences for passionate gourmands to indulge in.

A series of Master Classes taking place at the Institute of Culinary Education will cover a range of topics, including:
