Enlivant Expands Presence in Key Markets

CHICAGO, Nov. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Enlivant announced today that it has entered into an agreement with LTC Properties, Inc. to purchase 16 senior living communities, consisting of 615 residential units, for $26,465,000. With this strategic acquisition, Enlivant enhances its ability to continue enriching the lives of seniors in attractive markets where the company already has a meaningful local and regional presence. The acquisition is scheduled to close prior to year-end.

Slated to be fully rebranded as Enlivant communities in early 2015, these 16 newly acquired assets in Arizona, Washington, Oregon and Idaho will deliver on the organization's commitment to provide the highest level of resident care possible. Including this acquisition, Enlivant begins 2015 in a unique position of both owning and operating 100% of all 188 of its senior living communities across 19 states.
