Businesses in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region with at least 50 employees were invited to take part in a survey that measured workplace satisfaction. Nearly 49,000 workers at 130 companies were surveyed before 75 rose to the top. Employers were categorized into size groupings and then ranked within their groups according to the survey responses.
