Entertainment Benefits Group Acquires Travelocity on Location

LAS VEGAS, Feb. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Entertainment Benefits Group (EBG) is proud to announce its recent acquisition of Travelocity on Location.  Under the terms of the agreement, Entertainment Benefits Group has acquired over 30 Las Vegas locations, box offices and kiosks at venues throughout the city.  With the combined technology infrastructure of the companies, Entertainment Benefits Group is poised to change the culture in Las Vegas by introducing its newest brand, Tickets & Tours, that will offer a variety of products and services that will revolutionize the industry.  A more detailed description of Tickets & Tours will be released in the coming weeks.

As part of the multi-year agreement, EBG will be the provider of Las Vegas activities (including shows, attractions, tours and nightclubs) to Travelocity.com.
