Entrepreneur And CultureIQ® Release 2017 Top Company Cultures List Honoring High-Performing Cultures

IRVINE, Calif., Feb. 21, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- For the second year in a row, Entrepreneur and CultureIQ have released their "Top Company Cultures" list, honoring the top-performing company cultures in the United States. These companies don't just offer great perks, they have developed a workplace that fosters productivity, innovation, employee satisfaction and other stand-out qualities—and they're stronger for it. Belay, Fusion Medical Staffing and Tuft & Needle each took the number-one spot in the small (fewer than 50 employees), medium (50 to 100 employees) and large (more than 100 employees) company size categories, respectively.

Participants were given surveys that were filled out by employees at every level of their organizations, and the honorees were determined and ranked based on their scores. Each company was measured across 10 core dimensions of culture, including: collaboration, innovation, agility, communication, support, wellness, mission and value alignment, work environment, responsibility and performance focus.

To be considered for the ranking, the companies must have had at least 25 employees, have been founded before Jan. 1, 2015 and be headquartered in the U.S. There was no cost to participate in the survey.
