EOIR Technologies Acquires Viecore FSD

FREDERICKSBURG, Va., April 2, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- EOIR Technologies, Inc., a portfolio company of The White Oak Group, announced today that it will acquire Viecore Federal Systems Division (FSD), a wholly owned subsidiary of Nuance Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: NUAN). Viecore FSD provides advanced software and systems development services to the U.S. military and Federal Government.

Viecore FSD is a focused team that specializes in the design, development, and support of advanced decision support technologies and data management systems, from prototype through production. Its solutions and services will be integrated into EOIR's portfolio of innovative engineering products and services for customers within the National Security market.
