EPA Approves IGI Pesticidal CO2 for Fumigation of Burrowing Rodents and Other Pests

ACAMPO, Calif., Jan. 24, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Effective Jan. 19, 2018, IGI Pesticidal CO₂ is approved and labeled by the EPA to be used as a pesticide, used in conjunction with IGI Delivery Systems for the control and abatement of burrowing rodents and other pests that plague crop production, commodities, goods, and processing and handling.

The EPA has approved and issued a stamped label for the use of IGI's CO₂ as a pesticide to control infestations of harmful burrowing rodents and many other pests, which are listed on the master label. The master label can be found on the company's website.

Finally, industries that have been forced to use harmful chemicals or poisons have a choice as to how they control destructive pests. The delivery of CO₂ is safe, has no negative effect on the environment and has no residual effects. It is safe to use around children, pets, livestock and is a valuable solution to control harmful and damaging pests, particularly burrowing rodents.
