ePlus Closes Sale of Financing Business to PEAC Solutions

HERNDON, Va., July 1, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- ePlus inc. (NASDAQ NGS: PLUS – news) today announced that it has closed on the sale of its U.S. financing business to Marlin Leasing Corporation (dba PEAC Solutions), a portfolio company of the Asset Value Funds sponsored and managed by leading global investment firm HPS Investment Partners, LLC. The signing was previously announced on June 23, 2025, and the closing was effective June 30, 2025.

In light of the closing of the transaction, ePlus intends to update its fiscal 2026 guidance on its next earnings call.
