Equipos Announces Latest Client Communications Win in North America

Equipos Inc., the leading global provider of client communications and reporting solutions, today announced a significant client reporting contract win with one of Chicago’s premier institutional investment firms.

Under the terms of the agreement the Equipos Coric Client Communications suite will be deployed to create a fully automated client reporting platform that will streamline the report production cycle and enable high quality report distribution via multiple channels, whilst reducing operational costs and increasing accuracy. Client services users will have the flexibility to develop and configure report layouts and design without recourse to technical staff, and the Equipos solution has the scalability to accommodate growth in the company’s client base over time.

Additionally, Coric will provide advanced workflow capabilities with dashboard control, enabling the client to rapidly design and configure reporting workflow processes. Coric’s easy-to-use dashboards will facilitate exception-based processing and provide advanced monitoring of the straight through reporting process.

Coric will replace the firm’s current client reporting system and will be integrated with its investment processing platform. System design is already underway and the first monthly and quarterly report runs powered by Coric will begin later in the year.

The Coric Client Communications solution was created specifically for investment reporting. It supports complex requirements including custom branding and white-labeling, investment commentary, sophisticated graphic rendering capabilities and workflow across a broad range of client communications.
