Equity Concepts Welcomes New Hire Penn Pendleton To Richmond Office
Pendleton joins the financial services firm as a part of its expanding wealth management team.
RICHMOND, Va., Dec. 20, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Equity Concepts, a comprehensive financial services firm, announces the addition of Wealth Manager G.F. "Penn" Pendleton III. In his new role, Pendleton will be partnering with the Equity Concepts' wealth management team of Shannon Carter, MBA, CFP, and Jinette Chiappetta, CPA, who will work alongside him and his clients.
Pendleton brings substantial experience to the firm, with more than 40 years in banking, investments and insurance. Adding depth to Equity Concepts' already robust services, Pendleton will work with clients to help them navigate their financial planning landscape.

Prior to joining Equity Concepts, Pendleton spent more than 16 years as a principal and director of Clark/Bardes. Over the span of his career, he's worked with banks and private and public companies to design and implement non-qualified retirement plans. He's been a member of the National Bankers Association, and in 2006, was the recipient of the Donald H. Alexander Trailblazer award for distinguished service to the minority-owned banking community.

Outside of work, Pendleton enjoys spending time with his family and traveling. He is an elder of Third Presbyterian Church and serves on boards, including CHAT (Church Hill Activities and Tutoring) and the national board of the Navigators.
