The firm has significantly enhanced its management team and added other key hires in the past two months. During the same period, EQUITYMULTIPLE increased its total investment volume by over 15% and announced a partnership with Youngwoo & Associates on a $500 million Qualified Opportunity Zone Fund.
Mr. Klein's responsibilities at EQUITYMULTIPLE will include corporate accounting, capital markets execution and financial planning. He will also sit on the firm's investment committee and focus on corporate development and strategy. Mr. Kwong will oversee all aspects of portfolio management and help grow the company's pipeline of investment opportunities.

During his 13+ years with the firm, the organization matured from $180 million to over $8 billion in market capitalization while developing a global footprint with $60 billion in assets under management and over 400 employees. He served as Managing Director and Head of Alternative Products overseeing Northstar's retail capital raise of over $4.5 billion, as well as Chief Operating Officer for four public, non-traded companies and as a member of the investment committee for seven public, non-traded companies with combined real estate exposure in excess of $15 billion.
Henry joined EQUITYMULTIPLE from Clarion Partners, where he helped manage its $3.5 billion institutional multifamily open-end fund. Prior to that, he worked at MMI Advisors, a boutique real estate advisory firm that he co-founded. Before MMI, he was a vice president of portfolio management at Cerberus and ING. Henry started his real estate career at Deutsche Bank.
