Recent franchisee satisfaction survey results conducted by a third party vendor revealed a notable increase in broker satisfaction with the brand, attributed to recent enhancements to the brand's servicing structure and focus, on-site training and leadership's promotion of a collaborative culture.

Previously, Yannaccone was named as a Housing Wire 2015 Woman of Influence.
