BOSTON, Nov. 21, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- erecruit™ announced today the promotion of Roeland Van Dessel to the newly-created position of Chief Commercial Officer. Van Dessel will lead the sales, business development, marketing and partnership teams for the company's global operations. erecruit, the emerging leader of enterprise staffing software, vendor management systems ("VMS") and onboarding solutions, hired Van Dessel in July as the EVP & Managing Director, EMEA & APAC. He was responsible for erecruit's global expansion following a $25 million minority investment from North Bridge Growth Equity earlier this year.

Van Dessel has extensive executive experience in the staffing industry, where he is best known for his work at Adecco and Allegis Group in Sales, Business Development and General Management. His background includes global executive positions at Oracle, where he worked with the largest global staffing and consulting companies on BPO, RPO, VMS and strategy initiatives.
