Scheduled to welcome its first residents in late 2028, Oxford Hills will be Erickson Senior Living's fifth managed community in Maryland. The community will help address the growing demand for senior living in the state:

  • Maryland's 65-and-older population is projected to reach 1.3 million by 2030.
  • That represents an 18% increase from 2025.
  • Oxford Hills will expand housing options for older adults seeking an active, maintenance-free lifestyle.

The first phase of Oxford Hills will include 172 independent living residences set on a scenic Howard County campus. Planned amenities include:

  • Multiple dining venues
  • Fitness and aquatic center
  • Theater
  • On-site medical center
  • Indoor and outdoor gathering spaces
