By offering exclusive Facebook competitions and up to the minute trend stories that are not on the current website, Ernest Jones is allowing consumers into an exclusive group. On the Ernest Jones Facebook page the brand will be showcasing exclusive features that will not be available on the main retail website. Since launching Facebook in November it has included a daily gift guide and a behind the scenes feature at the current wedding brochure photo shoot. Creating interesting and inspiring editorial features invites the consumer to be part of that world.

The Facebook page is intended to keep customers up to date with brand developments, and will also allow them to communicate with Ernest Jones if they wish to enquire or share their own information and stories about jewellery or watches.
