ESOP Partners Appoints Dave Reichenbacher as Chief Operating Officer

Reichenbacher brings a track record of operational leadership across professional services, technology, and digital marketing organizations, ranging from early-stage companies to large enterprises. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Merkle | Cardinal Path, where he also held the role of Senior Vice President, Operations. In those positions, he led critical operational functions including resource management, systems and process design, talent and culture support, facilities, and IT infrastructure, with a focus on building scalable systems that improve delivery and profitability in a professional services environment.

Over the course of his career, Reichenbacher has helped organizations grow from the ground up, merge multiple entities into cohesive operations, and integrate teams and processes following acquisitions. His experience includes operational and client-facing leadership in analytics and search marketing at WebShare, technical program management and product development at Intel, and early-career engineering experience that helped shape his analytical and systems-oriented approach to leadership.

He leads a men's faith formation group at his Catholic parish and serves in leadership, mentoring, and instructional roles within USA Hockey and Wisconsin youth hockey officiating programs.
