Nolte, Bryan Hanratty and Christopher Lynett bring full support staff; firm adds nine team members, plans third office in Bucks County
CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa., Nov. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Ethen Ostroff Law announced today that trial attorneys Timothy A. Nolte Jr., Bryan M. Hanratty and Christopher P. Lynett are joining the firm, along with their paralegals, legal assistant and law clerks. Nolte will serve as Managing Partner. Hanratty and Lynett join as Senior Trial Lawyers. Jaymarie Gonzalez, a former law clerk recently sworn in after passing the bar exam in October 2026, also joins as an associate attorney.
All nine start today at the firm's Conshohocken office. The firm, which also has a Bala Cynwyd office, plans to open a third office in Bucks County to serve the northern Philadelphia suburbs.
"This is a defining moment for our firm," said founder Ethen Ostroff. "Tim, Bryan and Chris are trial lawyers in the truest sense. They prepare every case as if it's going to a jury, and that's exactly the standard our clients deserve. Bringing their whole team with them means our clients get that experience from day one, with no learning curve."
Nolte comes from Keches Law Group, where he joined the Massachusetts offices in 2017 and later returned home to open and lead the firm's Pennsylvania office in Blue Bell as managing attorney. Before law school, Nolte deployed twice to Iraq as a U.S. Marine Corps infantry squad leader with Fox Company, 2nd Battalion, 6th Marines. He is a Penn State graduate and earned his law degree from Suffolk University Law School, concentrating in trial and appellate advocacy. A Philadelphia native, he lives in Bucks County.
"I'm proud of what we built over the years, and I'm grateful to the colleagues I worked alongside," said Nolte. "Ethen has built a firm that invests in its people and technology, and that lets trial lawyers focus on what matters most: preparing cases and getting results for injured people. We're excited to help lead its next chapter."
Hanratty graduated summa cum laude from Penn State and earned his law degree from Temple University's James E. Beasley School of Law. The National Trial Lawyers named him a Top 40 Under 40 civil plaintiff attorney. His recoveries include settlements exceeding $1 million. He lives in Bucks County.
Lynett spent five years as a prosecutor with the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, trying cases from theft to attempted murder. He was tapped to supervise its Municipal Court unit, where he trained and led 40 new prosecutors. He later handled complex civil and criminal litigation at a Philadelphia Am Law 150 firm. He earned his law degree with highest honors from Suffolk University Law School.
The group deepens the firm's trial bench across motor vehicle, premises liability, medical malpractice and other serious injury cases. Ostroff, a third-generation Pennsylvania personal injury lawyer, said the Bucks County office reflects where clients live and work.
"Tim has deep roots in Bucks County, and Bryan lives there," Ostroff said. "A third office there puts our trial team closer to the people we represent."
Still growing, the firm is building additional trial pods, each led by a senior trial attorney and supported by a dedicated paralegal and case manager. Roles offer a base salary plus commission, room to grow into leadership and strong earning potential. Interested senior trial attorneys, paralegals and case managers can apply at apply@eol.law.
