EV Group Forms Subsidiary in Singapore to Strengthen Local Customer Support

Establishment of fully owned subsidiary is the culmination of a decades-long commitment to the region supporting evolving needs in semiconductor wafer fabrication and packaging

ST. FLORIAN, Austria, May 19, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- EV Group (EVG), a leading provider of innovative process solutions and expertise serving leading-edge and future semiconductor designs and chip integration schemes, today announced that it has formed a fully owned subsidiary in Singapore. Called EV Group E. Thallner Singapore Pte. Ltd., the new subsidiary will be charged with strengthening local customer support, including in the areas of equipment lifecycle, preventative tool maintenance, process development, operator training, and numerous other functions.
