The acquisition happened in the fourth quarter of 2018 and has paved the way for Event Rental Systems to launch their new point of sale system, which is poised to make a large impact on the family entertainment center industry.
Event Rental Systems automates online ordering, marketing and reporting for their customers, allowing companies to grow faster. They offer a web-based software system that provides event rental merchants with all the tools they need to efficiently run their business, including online ordering and event scheduling, real-time delivery tracking and electronic payment processing.
Based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Event Rental Systems was founded in 2009 by Rob Weinstein and Corey Fiala. This is the second acquisition for Fiala, who was involved with the acquisition of his company Lavu by Aldrich. Weinstein will be a Fullsteam president and continue to lead Event Rental Systems.
