Evercore Partners Inc. Announces Name Change to Evercore Inc.

NEW YORK, Aug. 22, 2017 /PRNewswire/ --

Evercore Partners Inc. (NYSE: EVR) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved changing the Company's name to Evercore Inc.  The name change will take effect for NYSE trading purposes on August 30, 2017.  The Company's NYSE ticker symbol will remain the same.
