Evolent Health Partners with Houston Methodist to Drive Value-Based Care in Texas

The partnership will initially drive the development and execution of a value-based care strategy for improving the health of Medicare patients.

Through this closely-aligned collaboration, Evolent supports Houston Methodist in the development of Houston Methodist Coordinated Care (HMCC), a physician-led ACO.
